Yacine is the founder of TalentRocket and has over 10 years of experience in HR Tech and the start-up world. She has built TalentRocket into the most talent-centric, AI-driven career platform for legal professionals in Germany — helping top talent find their perfect fit. Starting bootstrapped and growing into profitability, TalentRocket is now a thriving medium-sized company further expanding.

Beyond TalentRocket, Yacine actively invests in tech start-ups and serves as a Board Member of La French Tech Munich, and as Mentor to TU Munich and Startup Teens.

Born and raised in Cologne and Berkeley, with German and Senegalese roots, she now lives in Munich, where she takes on every challenge — in business and as a proud mother of four boys.
