Dr. Viktoria Danzer is a Senior Partner in Roland Berger’s Financial Services practice, based in Munich. She has a strong background in banking, digital transformation, and strategy consulting, with approximately 20 years of industry experience. Her expertise includes areas such as artificial intelligence, simplification, IT transformation and governance, process automation, and innovation management. Her focus lies on private clients and payments.

Before her current role, she held various senior positions in the CIO and COO areas at a large European banking group.

She holds a Ph.D. and a Masters degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich, in political science and philosophy and lives with her family and three children near Munich.
