Veronika is the founder of two internationally active startups in the productivity and health tech sectors (Nuclino, Climedo). As co-founder and COO of Climedo, she spent over eight years building the company from scratch to over 60 clients, 200+ projects, and seven-figure annual revenue, including its first Big Pharma client and a partnership with the world’s largest CRO. In doing so, she personally managed the end-to-end sales process, simultaneously built and led a 10-person sales and marketing team, and navigated the company through several strategic pivots.

With CLAIRE SPACE, she now leverages her startup experience as advisor and strategic partner. She is especially engaged with the question of how entrepreneurs and leaders can maintain their mental health and cognitive performance in a persistently fragmented digital world - driven by her personal mission to help ambitious people achieve success faster and to help shape Europe as a strong hub for AI.
