Vera Baker is a General Partner at 4P Capital, leading the firm's early-stage investment strategy. She found her passion for supporting early-stage companies through her own 30+ angel investments across Europe and North America.

Prior to 4P, she was a Venture Partner at an early-stage Impact Fund. Her career experience includes investing in early-stage European and African startups, Director at an early-stage accelerator, and working as an Operator in several venture-backed startups. Before moving to France, Vera spent eight years working on Capitol Hill and two years on Wall Street.
