Tobias heads the Startup Hub Germany at Commerzbank AG and has worked for various leading banks in the areas of wealth management, corporate banking and corporate finance over the past 21 years. In addition to various management roles, he was a member of the Guarantee Committee of the Bürgschaftsbank Berlin and serves as a juror, mentor, and advisor in various startup, founding, and succession planning formats. Together with his team of experts, he supports startups and their investors in all financial matters. His work is focused on actively supporting Germany's startup and innovation ecosystem.
