Susie is a Managing Director at DTCP Growth Equity, a $450m fund focused on mission-critical software and AI-native solutions across the Defense, DeepTech, Physical AI / Robotics and wider AI Infrastructure landscape.

Susie has over a decade of experience in technology transactions and investments: Prior to joining DTCP, Susie spent 7 years as venture capital investor across London, Paris, and Munich. She is a Kauffman Fellow, the prestigious US-based VC program (Class 28), a 10x Fellow (Angel Investment Program), as well as a close friend to the universities HEC & LSE, where she is teaching a variety of sessions around Venture / Entrepreneurship.

She had initially started her career in the EMEA M&A Team within UBS’ Investment Banking Division in London.
