Stephanie Pfeil-Coenen is co-founder and CEO of Phaeosynt, a Hannover-based biotech start-up producing antibodies from algae instead of animals. With her brand hey mela, she launched the world's first vegan pregnancy test, now available at dm and BIPA. Phaeosynt was selected for the international Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Program and is currently completing a growth funding round. Stephanie combines deep-tech innovation with consumer-friendly brand building, driving the vision of rethinking entire product categories sustainably without animal testing.
