Sarah Antor is Managing GP at Helena Capital, a growth equity firm focused on industrial deeptech/physical AI across aerospace, automotive, manufacturing and supply chain.

Before moving to Munich, she was a legal advisor to S.C. Governor Sanford, drafting legislation to create the Venture Capital Program and fostering economic development with Bavaria.

Sarah served as General Counsel at Payworks (ahead of its sale to Visa); Head of Regulatory at Hawk:AI; and COO Europe/CEO Germany at Raymond James (NYSE:RJFI)

Sarah holds degrees from Tulane University and the USC School of Law and is a former Adjunct Professor at LMU & EUBS in Munich.
