Roman Howe is Head of DACH and CEE at Anthropic, an AI safety lab. Based in Munich, he leads Anthropic's commercial operations across the German-speaking markets and the broader CEE region. Before joining Anthropic, Roman was Chief Revenue Officer at FactFinder, where he oversaw global revenue strategy and customer success. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Icertis, including Corporate Vice President for EMEA and Vice President of Customer Advocacy in Europe. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Salesforce and IBM Deutschland.
