Rebecca Hundschell

Founder & CEO
The Female AI Club

About

Rebecca is founder & CEO of the safe space community The Female AI Club.

Her career began inside one of Europe's largest industrial corporations. With nine years of experience at the intersection of technology and business, ranging from leading projects at Bosch to building her own AI products and founding her AI consultancy ELEVAITION, she understands AI from a practical perspective. This unique combination of corporate expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and hands-on product development sets her apart from speakers whose experience is primarily theoretical. As an AI keynote speaker, her presentations always remain practical, focusing on real-world use cases, genuine implementation challenges, and measurable business outcomes.

The Female AI Club: Women in AI and Closing the Gap No One Else Is Addressing

On International Women's Day 2025, Rebecca Hundschell founded The Female AI Club in response to the AI gender gap. Today, only 22% of AI professionals in Germany are women, and that number drops to just 17% in leadership positions. Her conviction is clear: if women are absent from shaping artificial intelligence, algorithms will continue to make decisions without female perspectives, making AI not only less fair, but simply less effective.

Today, The Female AI Club has grown into a community of more than 5,800 members, hosting meetups in Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. Through learning programs such as the AI Bootcamp and the AI Automation Masterclass, Rebecca has built one of the most active German-speaking AI communities for women. As an AI keynote speaker, she has appeared at events including FEMWORX at Hannover Messe, TikTok's WomenTok Summit alongside Janin Ullmann, and the COSMO CONSULT Women in IT Event, where she delivered her keynote, Overcoming the AI Gender Gap.

AI Ethics, AI Risk and AI Privacy: Enabling Responsible AI Beyond the Hype

Rebecca Hundschell does not focus on AI hype. She focuses on what comes after it.

Her work addresses the real challenges organizations face when adopting AI: cognitive offloading, the gradual delegation of critical thinking to machines; algorithm-driven filter bubbles in business decision-making; and AI privacy gaps that often go unnoticed.

Her framework has been validated in real client engagements, positioning AI ethics and AI risk management as strategic business advantages rather than compliance exercises. An essential part of her consulting approach is helping organizations understand not only what AI can achieve, but also where it reaches its limits and where human judgment remains irreplaceable.
