Ralph Hage is CEO and co-founder of LAP Coffee, the Berlin-born coffee brand he has helped scale to 30 locations across Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, with further openings announced. Ralph has built LAP around a profitable, small-footprint and operationally efficient model that makes everyday specialty coffee more accessible. Before founding LAP, Hage held roles at high-growth startups including Omio, Delivery Hero and Wefox, giving him strong expertise in expansion, brand building and consumer operations.
