Pol leads Sierra's global Product and Agent Development teams. Previously, he was a Product Manager at Google, where he worked on a range of products across Pixel Hardware, Voice and Audio AI, as well as Google Search. Pol holds an MS and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
