Pia Dorfinger is Director of the Start-ups and Innovation Division at the German Energy Agency (dena), where she is responsible for dena’s international and national start-up programmes.

She is a leading voice at the intersection of energy and climate tech start-up innovation, politics and industry. Her role involves both coordinating the global networking of energy innovators and providing targeted support to German start-ups as they enter the complex energy system.
