Peng-Sang Cau is a Director within Siemens for Startups at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where she is dedicated to helping early-stage and growth startups accelerate innovation through access to world-class engineering, simulation, and product lifecycle management solutions. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, investor, and business leader, she works closely with founders to help them scale faster and bring breakthrough technologies to market. Before joining Siemens, Peng was a founder herself. She co-founded and led Transformix Engineering, growing the company from a basement startup into one of Canada's leading advanced manufacturing and automation businesses before achieving a successful acquisition. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of building and scaling a company, she is deeply passionate about supporting fellow founders and helping them overcome the barriers she once faced herself. Today, she combines her entrepreneurial mindset, industry expertise, and commitment to innovation to empower the next generation of hard-tech and industrial startups.
