With over 18 years as a partner at Ashoka, the largest network of social innovators, I have identified, selected, and supported hundreds of leading social entrepreneurs across Europe and beyond. As the co-founder of Ashoka's Carry4Good Pledge, a global initiative mobilizing VCs and PEs to champion social and environmental causes, I am deeply committed to advancing social entrepreneurship and driving positive change worldwide.

In 2019, I co-founded the Dialogue New Giving. Starting with a dinner with Germany’s President at Schloss Bellevue, a small group set out to find out how to lower the barriers for wealth holders to engage in philanthropy and impact investing. This endeavour led to the founding of bcause, the giving fintech, as well as the Club New Giving, a network with concierge service for minimum five-digit philanthropists.

Last but not least, I am deeply honored to serve on the board of the Schöpflin Foundation as well as to work with fantastic social organizations like ChangemakerXChange.
