Moritz “Mo” Fürste is one of the most successful German field hockey players of all time. During his professional sports career, he won two Olympic Gold Medals (Beijing 2008, London 2012) and a Bronze Medal (Rio 2016), became World Champion and European Champion, and was named World Hockey Player of the Year in 2012.

Following his career as a professional athlete, Mo Fürste successfully transitioned into sports entrepreneurship and event management. In 2017, together with Christian Toetzke and Michael Trautmann, he co-founded HYROX – the global fitness racing event for everyday athletes (“World Series of Fitness Racing”). As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), he plays a key role in driving the global growth, brand identity, and international scaling of the sport.
