Marc Ebinger is a German entrepreneur, Big Wave surfer, and impact investor. He founded and bootstrapped RIMASYS, a surgical education company that transformed the training of surgery globally by breaking bones from human donors, and led it to a successful exit. After building the impossible as an outsider, navigating the reality of letting go post-exit with a breakdown, he turned to the ocean — now surfing some of the biggest waves on Earth in Portugal. Today, Marc is an impact investor and sparring partner for scale-ups, a keynote speaker, and producer of the documentary series Surfing Unicorns. He stands for ownership, courage, and growing where fear and decisions can't be outsourced.
