Dr. Malte Dous is Managing Director for Central Europe at Qonto, Europe’s leading business finance solution for SMEs and freelancers. Based in Berlin, he drives Qonto’s growth across Germany, and other Central European markets, with a focus on strategic direction, product expansion, and partnerships tailored to the needs of local businesses.

Before joining Qonto, Malte built and scaled e-commerce platform business models at leading companies including Zalando, Wayfair, and DocMorris. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group after completing his studies and doctorate at the University of St. Gallen. His experience across B2C and B2B environments gives him deep expertise in growth, digital platforms, and marketplace partnerships.
