Magdalena Oehl is an entrepreneur and co-founder of TalentRocket, Germany’s leading career platform for legal professionals. After studying law and communications in parallel, she co-founded the HR tech company with Yacine Coco. Today, TalentRocket is a profitable and established business, using AI-powered matching and data-driven recruiting to connect talent and employers.

Her work focuses on how artificial intelligence is transforming work and society, the future of entrepreneurship, and the skills people need to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven economy.

Oehl serves as Vice Chair of the German Startup Association and, until 2024, chaired the Young Digital Economy Advisory Board, advising Federal Minister Dr. Robert Habeck on digital transformation. She is also Vice Chair of Startup Teens, where she promotes entrepreneurial education, AI literacy and future skills among young people.
