Lukas Koestler is Co-Founder and CEO of SE3 Labs, a technology company building next-generation spatial AI for unmanned systems and modern military operations. SE3’s core technology combines advanced sensor fusion with semantic understanding to create a real-time 3D common operating picture. This foundation enables intuitive language-based interaction with complex spatial data, target-grade coordinate generation for sensor-to-shooter chains, and GPS-denied swarming. Advancing defence through spatial intelligence, SE3 strengthens Europe’s technological sovereignty.

Prior to founding SE3 Labs, Lukas worked on Tesla Autopilot with Elon Musk and at NVIDIA Research, gaining deep experience in large-scale autonomous systems and applied AI. He co-founded SE3 Labs together with Prof. Dr. Daniel Cremers, a globally recognized pioneer in 3D computer vision and AI.
