Lena Hackelöer is the Founder and CEO of Brite Payments, a leading European fintech that enables instant A2A payments and payouts across 27 markets using open banking technology. In 2023, Brite raised a $60 million Series A, one of the largest rounds led by a female founder globally that year.

With ~15 years in fintech, Lena previously held senior roles at Klarna and served as CEO of Qliro Financial Services. She has been recognised across the industry, including by Forbes as one of the top 10 women in European fintech, and has received the Women in Payments Inspiration Award.
