Lars Kuppe is Head of Venture Capital & Co-Head Private Markets Multi-Asset ELTIF at LBBW Asset Management in Düsseldorf, where he is responsible for the development and management of private markets investment solutions. He has more than 15 years of experience across private markets, capital markets, corporate finance, and financial services.

Prior to joining LBBW Asset Management in 2024, he spent almost nine years at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, serving as Director Private Markets and previously as Director Equity & Debt Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he held various positions in Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Advisory at Commerzbank AG and began his professional journey as a Financial Services Auditor at PwC.
