Jonas Jarosch is Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Systems, a leading European defence neo-prime built on deep technology. He joined the company as Director of Finance in September 2024 and was appointed CFO in January 2025.

As CFO, Jonas leads Quantum Systems’ global finance organisation and capital strategy. His responsibilities include financial planning and performance, capital allocation, financing, M&A and the financial structures supporting the company’s international expansion and industrial scale-up.

Before joining Quantum Systems, Jonas served as Vice President Finance at ProGlove from 2018 to 2024, supporting the development and international growth of the technology company over six years. He began his professional career at PwC Germany, where he worked as a Senior Consultant from 2014 to 2018. His earlier experience includes corporate finance at Clearwater International.

Jonas brings more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and scaling high-growth technology companies. At Quantum Systems, he builds the financial strength, investment discipline and scalable structures required to industrialise advanced defence technology, expand across allied markets and create sustainable long-term value.
