Jackie Kroyer is a Vice President at NAP, a Berlin-based pre-seed and seed fund backing expert founders across Europe. She focuses on AI infrastructure, agentic AI and data tooling, and leads investments end-to-end. Having worked across both the operator and investor sides of European tech, from Moss and Celonis to several years at UVC Partners, she brings a particular passion for GTM and company building. Deeply rooted in both Munich’s and Berlin’s startup ecosystems, Jackie is drawn to relentless founders tackling hard problems with deep expertise and the grit to build category-defining companies.
