Prior to Gilion, Henrik built EQT’s Ventures funds I and II from the first to over 100 investments, specialising in analytics, data and machine learning. In parallel, he was the main product owner of the AI-driven, self-learning investment platform, Motherbrain, which formed the data driven approach to sourcing, prioritising and deciding. Henrik was also the first VP of Analytics at Spotify, where he led the development of several internal data platforms making the teams adopt new data driven strategies faster. During this time Spotify grew from 120 to 2000 employees, and grew as a business from 500k to over 20 million subscribers.

At Gilion he is building our AI-powered investment platform, allowing investors and bankers to reach certainty in funding decisions faster. This platform is what allows us to identify, analyze and lend to early stage companies that are either bootstrapped, too early for banks or in between VC funding.
