Heinrich Pfriemer is the Global General Manager for Public Services at SAP, responsible for strategy, go-to-market, solution direction, partnerships, and customer success.

Previously, he headed SAP’s global Defense & Security Industry and served as Chief Innovation Officer for Public Services, where he led strategic innovation initiatives and the SAP S/4HANA Defense roadmap in close collaboration with multiple defense organizations. Earlier, as Global Head of Business Transformation Services Public Services, he advised strategic customers on large-scale transformation programs.

Heinrich is co-author of three publications on defense, military logistics, and smart mobility. Before joining SAP, he served as an Infantry Officer in the Austrian Armed Forces and remains an active reserve officer in the Austrian Ministry of Defence.
