Frederik is co-founder of Karla, where he's on a mission to turn delivery tracking into any brand's strongest retention channel. With a background in physics and nearly a decade at BCG, he's long been driven by a fascination with customer obsession and leveraging technology to shape (customer) experiences.

Based in London with roots in Germany, Frederik is a vocal supporter of the European startup ecosystem and a keen advocate for stronger ties between the German and UK tech scenes. When he's not building or investing in the start up scene, you'll find him spending time with his two daughters, sailing or skiing.
