Frederik co-founded Aven Capital Partners and brings over a decade of investment, operational, and entrepreneurial experience across start-ups, SMEs, real estate, and Buy & Build platforms. Before founding Aven, he was a Partner at Antler, where he played a key role in building Antler’s Continental
European presence, working with hundreds of founders from day zero and helping establish the firm as the world’s largest talent-first pre-seed investor.
Frederik has invested in and scaled multiple Buy & Build platforms, serving on the board of one of Europe’s most successful MicroCap Buy & Build exits. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant with BCG, founded a health-tech venture, and led operations for over 6,000 employees at Zapp. He holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Hamburg.
