Frauke Holzmeier has been the head of the business desk at ntv since March 2026. Prior to that, she served as the head of the business desk at RTL NEWS. Frauke has been working in the business newsroom at ntv since 2010. She gained her first journalistic experience in 2006 as a freelancer for the Civis Media Foundation and the WDR Europa Forum. Between 2010 and 2016, she also worked as a freelance writer and reporter for WDR.

Frauke studied Multilingual Communication and Business Management and holds a diploma in television journalism from the Bavarian Academy for Television. Frauke Holzmeier is the co-host of the podcast “So techt Deutschland” and regularly moderates events and panel discussions.
