Frank Thieser served several years as a helicopter pilot and procurement manager in the German armed forces and NATO. After  positions in the aerospace & defense industry, he became an investor with focus on defense and security. Between 2019 and 2025 he was the managing director and CFO of the drone company  Quantum Systems.
