As a trained economic geographer with a PhD, I have travelled extensively and am convinced that more people need an entrepreneurial mindset to help make the world a little better.

As Manager for Science Spin-offs at the state initiative Niedersachsen.next Startup, my goal is to strengthen collaboration between science and business, both at the policy and operational level, and to make it as easy as possible for knowledge-intensive spin-offs from universities and research institutions to get started.

I may sometimes have a critical eye, but always an open heart.
