Dr. Lilian Schwich is co-founder and CEO of cylib GmbH. She holds a master's in materials engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a PhD in battery recycling. During her PhD, she led the battery recycling group, supervising 16 PhD students, and developed cylib's proprietary recycling technology. In 2023, she won the NRW Innovation Award. She speaks at major conferences, including the 2024 World Economic Forum in Davos. In 2024, she was named among WirtschaftsWoche’s 30 bis 2030 and Capital’s 40 under 40, recognizing future leaders shaping Germany.
