Dr.-Ing. Marius Lammers is one of the founders and CEO of INLEAP Photonics and is responsible for the company’s strategic and operational leadership. Mr. Lammers is a mechanical engineer with PHD and has more than ten years of experience in the development of laser system technology and laser safety. His focus areas are the industrialization of high technology, the scaling of production processes, and collaboration with industrial and public-sector users.
