David Baumgartner is a serial entrepreneur, impact investor, board member, consultant, endurance athlete and adventurer.

He founded several international food companies such as dean&david (>130 million turnover, started with a single restaurant!) a company he led as CEO for almost 20 years and made it the market leader of the healthy fast casual category in Europe.

He is now moving on to new challenge, creating a better, sustainable world by supporting early-stage start-ups that offer solutions for better food, sustainability, travel and longevity. Besides he works as board member and consultant.
