Carlo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lineage Partners, a dedicated European fund backing Searchers and succession entrepreneurs in acquiring and building exceptional businesses. Previously, he spent seven and a half years at Cherry Ventures, where he joined as the first employee and helped build the firm while investing in and supporting founders across Europe. His experience also includes managing his family business with over 80 employees and co-founding a beverage company. At Lineage, Carlo combines his background as investor, entrepreneur, and family business operator to partner with the next generation of entrepreneurs throughout the search, acquisition, and company-building journey.
