Ben Wilkinson is CEO of Molten Ventures, a FTSE 250-listed venture capital firm investing in high-growth technology companies across the UK and Europe.

Appointed CEO in October 2024 after eight years as Molten’s CFO, Ben brings extensive leadership experience across multiple industries. During his tenure as CFO, he helped shape the firm’s corporate strategy, led key strategic initiatives and oversaw Molten’s transition to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.

Before joining Molten, Ben was CFO of President Energy plc and held senior roles in cross-border M&A at ABN AMRO and RBS. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and holds a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Ben also serves on Molten’s Sustainability Committee and is Chair of UK Private Capital’s Defined Contribution: Pensions & Private Capital Expert Panel.
