
Balázs Nagy

Balázs Nagy (born 20 August 1994 in Pécs, Hungary) is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TYTAN Technologies GmbH, which he founded in 2023 together with Batuhan Yumurtacı. He studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (M.Sc., 2018–2021) as a scholarship holder of the Free State of Bavaria, having previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as well as a degree in Business Administration at the University of Pécs. Prior to founding TYTAN Technologies, he worked as a research associate at TUM's Institute of Flight System Dynamics, supported by a federal EXIST scholarship. Further professional stations included UnternehmerTUM, Bauhaus Luftfahrt and Knorr-Bremse. As founder and project lead, he built up the student initiative HORYZN at TUM, where he led a team of up to 70 members. He speaks German, English and Hungarian.
