Dr. Axel Dickenbrok brings an unusually strong combination of strategic, financial and hands-on entrepreneurial experience. His background spans several years at BCG corporate finance, restructuring and transformation, a PhD in Private Equity, and the last five years as an early-stage tech investor at InnoEnergy, where he has supported companies from the early founding days through growth, difficult turnarounds, international expansion and successful exits.

Further, Axel has experienced companies from multiple perspectives: as consultant, investor, advisor and board member; giving him the judgment to challenge management constructively while understanding the operational realities founders and C-levels face. He combines analytical rigor with pragmatic, real-world experience, making him a strong sparring partner for management and a valuable Board member as the company scales.
