Anne-Marie Schneider is Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of the IT Division at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Following several leadership positions in Charité's Finance and Administration departments, as well as her previous role at KPMG, she is now responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the organization's IT division, leading a team of around 250 employees. Her key areas of responsibility include advancing the IT organization, implementing a future-oriented cloud strategy, strengthening cybersecurity, and leading the SAP HANA transformation program.

As a member of the extended leadership team for the Hospital Information System (HIS) project, she also oversees the IT perspective of Charité's transformation to Epic. Drawing on her experience at the intersection of strategy, finance, and IT, she drives the digital transformation of Charité and the development of a future-ready IT landscape.
