I’m Head of Product at Glacier, where I lead the development of AI-powered ESG products and work with companies such as Würth, Fraport, Dräger. My focus is on making AI genuinely useful in sustainability — helping ESG teams reduce complexity and create space for meaningful impact.

Before Glacier, I was part of AustrianStartups, helping organize flagship events and connect Austria’s startup ecosystem. I also spent eight years on the board of Junior Achievement, supporting students in building real startups.

The thread throughout my work is impact: enabling people to make a positive difference.
