About
Alexander Sporenberg is CEO and co-founder of beglaubigt.de, Germany's market leader in fully digital company formation.
He was shaped by the pace of hypergrowth. As part of the founding team at Razor Group, he helped build a company that reached unicorn status at a $1.7 billion valuation in just 15 months and closed more than 300 transactions along the way. It was there that he saw the real bottleneck up close: notary appointments, register filings, trips to government offices. His conclusion — Europe isn't short on talent, it's short on infrastructure.
In 2024 he founded Openlaw together with Felix Gerlach, joining Y Combinator's F24 batch. Its German platform, beglaubigt.de, takes the entire incorporation process digital and shortens it from eight weeks to as little as three days; through Germany's first fully automated incorporation API, it plugs directly into the products of Qonto, Holvi and sevdesk. A $3.3 million seed round followed in April 2026, backed by YouTube co-founder Jawed Karim and Moonfire Ventures, and in June the company acquired industry pioneer firma.de out of insolvency. Today, beglaubigt.de handles around ten percent of all corporate formations in Germany.
