Thomas Oehl is one of the Founding Partners of Vsquared Ventures. He built Vsquared’s predecessor fund Vito Ventures as one of its Managing Partners, investing in Deep Tech companies for nearly a decade. He founded his first company while studying at university. After successfully exiting it in 2013, he was one of the first employees at Uber Germany. A beer brewer by training and techie by heart he enjoys discovering new technologies and companies that can revolutionize their markets and to focus on the operational aspects of building these new organizations to pave the way with and for founders and fulfill their vision. Tommy doesn’t see deep tech as a bold choice, but a logical one: technology that solves real problems in a sustainable way has the greatest chance of success.
