Stefan Wagner is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SAP Labs Germany, heading SAP’s largest development hub with more than 13,000 engineers across four major locations in Germany. He drives the vision of “One Hub, Four Locations,” leading these sites as an integrated Labs Germany in which each operates as a strong innovation cluster that strengthens and closely collaborates with the others. His responsibilities include working closely with local ecosystems – universities, startups, partners, and customers – to foster co-innovation and product differentiation, ensuring operational efficiency across all sites, and building early talent hubs at leading universities. Stefan studied economics with a focus on marketing and completed the MIT Sloan Executive Education Program. He is passionate about technology-driven transformation, innovation ecosystems, and building organizations that connect global talent with local impact.
