Today, only 22% of AI professionals in Germany are women, and that number drops to just 17% in leadership positions. Her conviction is clear: if women are absent from shaping artificial intelligence, algorithms will continue to make decisions without female perspectives, making AI not only less fair, but simply less effective. Today, The Female AI Club has grown into a community of more than 5,800 members, hosting meetups in Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. Through learning programs such as the AI Bootcamp and the AI Automation Masterclass, Rebecca has built one of the most active German-speaking AI communities for women.
