Before joining Siemens, Peng was a founder herself. She co-founded and led Transformix Engineering, growing the company from a basement startup into one of Canada's leading advanced manufacturing and automation businesses before achieving a successful acquisition. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of building and scaling a company, she is deeply passionate about supporting fellow founders and helping them overcome the barriers she once faced herself.
