Konstantin Kuhle

About:

Konstantin Kuhle studied law in Hamburg and Paris. He completed his legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, with stages at the Federal Constitutional Court and the Federal Foreign Office. At the same time, he worked at an international commercial law firm specialising in competition and public procurement law. From 2014 to 2018, Kuhle was Federal Chairman of the Young Liberals, the youth organisation of the FDP. From 2017 to 2025, Kuhle was a Member of the German Bundestag. He served, amongst other roles, as the FDP parliamentary group’s spokesperson on home affairs, deputy chair of the FDP parliamentary group for home and legal affairs, and a member of the Parliamentary Control Panel for the Intelligence Services. In the Bundestag, he specialised in civil liberties and resilience to hybrid attacks. Since 2023, he has been a lecturer in constitutional law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. Konstantin Kuhle has been working as Special Counsel at BLOMSTEIN Rechtsanwälte since 2026. He specialises in foreign trade law, public procurement law in the defence and security sectors, and ESG. A key focus of his work lies in the field of national security, including the regulation of critical infrastructure, resilience requirements, security vetting and product-related security standards.

Upload Guidelines for Presentations
If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

  • Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
  • Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

  • A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

  • Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

  • All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
  • Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
  • File type: MP4 or .m4v.
Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 24, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
