Karim Jalbout is the Managing Director of Konstellation Advisory, a boutique firm that helps organisations scale through leadership assessments, executive search, coaching and fundraising. He partners with Founders and CEOs backed by private equity and venture capital, including Eurazeo, TA Associates, Ethos Capital, KKR, Soho Square, and Creandum. Karim previously served as Chief People Officer at Lilium, a NASDAQ-listed eVTOL company, and spent 11 years at Egon Zehnder as a Partner leading the private equity technology practice. His career began in marketing and commercial roles at Diageo and Sony Ericsson. An active moderator, he has interviewed influential leaders including Michelle Obama and Amal Clooney, plus founders and CEOs from Signal, Hugging Face, Uber, Datadog, Twitter and AMD. He is an active angel investor with 20+ early-stage companies and a board member of LIFE (a Lebanese non‑profit).
