Jascha Stein is a human–AI pioneer working at the intersection of technology, policy, and society to build resilient and people-centered digital, social, and economic systems. He is a World Economic Forum Global Innovator and co-founder of OmniBot.ai together with Jeff Adams, the co-inventor of Amazon Alexa. Beyond entrepreneurship, Jascha serves pro bono as Executive Chair of the nonprofit think tank People-Centered Internet, co-founded by Internet father Vint Cerf, and as an Executive Member of the WEF EDISON Alliance for Digital Inclusion. His policy work includes G7-level briefs on data cooperatives, SME finance, CBDCs, and global financial system interoperability. He has co-authored publications with the World Bank, Springer, IEEE, and the World Economic Forum, and he leads the Media & Marketing Working Group at the German AI Association. Trained as a Gestalt therapist with more than 4,000 hours of executive coaching and drawing on his own neurodiversity, Jascha brings a uniquely human lens to AI alignment, governance, and risk.
