About:

Hubertus Bessau is an entrepreneurial spirit since his teenage years, driven by a desire to positively shape the future. With two friends from university he launched mymuesli in 2007 (bootstrapped for 8 years; scaled to 800+ team peak) and switched to the supervisory board in order to co-found Project Eaden in 2022 (raised Europes larges seed round for alt meat €10.5M). In 2025 he launched RSN8 Labs. Hubertus was awarded the German Founder's Prize (2013) and the German Marketing Prize (2016). In 2024 a Havard Business School case about mymuesli has been published. As Partner and CMO at EWOR he now supports the next generation of top founders in tech.

Branding when the buyer might be a machine: When everything can be cloned, what is actually left to defend?

In this session Hubertus goes back to why brands exist in the first place, and what changes when an agent – which has never used your product and cannot be charmed by your design – does the choosing. You will leave with a way to tell whether your brand is a moat or decoration, and a new way of thinking about brand in the era of AI. Hubertus bootstrapped mymuesli into the strongest brand in highly competitive German food retail with customers happy to pay a substantial price premium. He also invested in branding years before a real product hit the market as a co-founder of Project Eaden. His latest startup RSN8 Labs predicts resonance of messaging and touchpoints. As Partner and CMO of EWOR, he advises founders on how to stand-out today.

Upload Guidelines for Presentations

If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
File type: MP4 or .m4v.

Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 24, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
