Hanno Renner is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Personio, Europe's leading all-in-one HR software platform. Driven by the belief that people are the most important success factor for any organization and that SMEs are the backbone of economies and societies, Hanno was inspired to start a company that could make a positive impact on the world. Fast forward nine years, Hanno finds himself leading an organization of 1,800 people, helping more than 14,000 organizations streamline their HR tasks and supporting over one million employees on the Personio platform. In addition to running the day-to-day at Personio, Hanno is deeply involved in nurturing talent and supporting the startup ecosystem across Europe. He’s an active board member of the German Startup Association and advocates for entrepreneurship in Germany and beyond. Hanno has also co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Personio Foundation, which backs forward-thinking nonprofits tackling big issues like climate change and education.

Right after your stage talk, you’ll be picked up by a volunteer and guided to the AMA Lounge (gallery, 1st floor). After a short break, you’ll join an open group of around 20 participants for a 20-minute Q&A in an informal lounge setting. This is not a second stage performance – it’s off the record, no pressure, and you only answer the questions you feel comfortable with.

Please use the exclusive VIP/Speaker check-in at Entrance West (badge collection with ticket + valid ID).

Your Presentation - deadline 24.09.2025

Upload Guidelines for Presentations

If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
File type: MP4 or .m4v.

Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 24, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
